With this version, if I pause the cache and do IO, the read bytes and write bytes incriment, but the read bytes (cached) do not... This affects the hit rate reported in Performance Statistics... In the prior version, when you pause the cache, it stops incrimenting the numbers, leaving your hit rate intact.

Confirmed by R&D team: This version doesn't change the way of pausing state. The read bytes (total) or write bytes (total) shows the data amount read from or written to the lower devices.
