Virtual Memory consumption

I use PrimoCache 4.4.1 trial version under Windows 11 24H2 with 64GB RAM
After adding Cache Task for 32GB HDD Partition with following settings:
OS Managed Memory: 4096 MB
Enable Defer-Write: True
Latency: INFINITE
Write Mode: Idle-Flush

Windows immediately change it's memory usage policy and moves memory pages on pagefile (64GB size) to increase free memory to 32 GB. Deleting cache doesn't help and I have to restart Windows to restore original behaviour

What can by wrong in settings?
