White screen / No screen problem again.

In the past I had an issue where PC window would appear, but it would be all white (literally).
There as a fix sent to me, and when I check version, I have
Latest Version: 4.3.0
Current Version 4.3 1
Been working for months.
Now, when I try to open PC, no window, but the program shows on the task bar.
when I hover over PC on the task bar, the preview shows the white window.
I cant get the application to appear normally on my monitor.
I have a 3 monitor setup, current up to date windows 11.
Ideas?

(It seems i find a work around after I post the question).
I got the screen. What I did:
I hovered over the task bar and PC application, right clicked mouse, picked maximize.
The application appeared.
I have no other application that behaves this way, so I don't know if something weird happened after I minimized PC.

After performing the workaround steps, will the white screen problem still occur the next time you run PrimoCache? Or do you need to perform the workaround every time you run the program? Thanks.

It happened next time I opened PC.
I minimize the app after I use it. (maybe a clue, but this is after a reboot)
while PC was open, and it got pushed behind other apps, I return to the task bar, hover over PC icon and clicking works as expected.
Next symptom is I have browser up (to type here), hover over PC icon in task bar, there is no window. (see attached).
Since there is no window preview, I can not maximize it.
I right clicked on the PC icon in task area, and I was able to open PC normally.
I exited PC via icon on task tray.
I open PC like any other windows program, and I am prompted something about allowing the program to make changes. I click yes and the window appears normally.

Can you try the following steps?
1. exit the PrimoCache application,
2. open the registry,
3. go to the branch \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Romex Software\PrimoCache
4. delete the subkey "CP" and "WP"
5. close the registry,
6. run the PrimoCache application to check if the problem exists or not.

I removed as you said, and the program opened first time as expected.
I rebooted and it worked as expected.
Ill keep poking at it to see if I can get it to jam up again.
