Can L2 be used on a non boot disk?
Can the L2 be used for a non boot disk? I currently have a 256GB SSD that I use for my main boot/OS drive and two large HDD for storage, app installs, game installs etc. I was considering purchasing a single 4TB green drive from WD which is a low power 5400 rpm drive. I would then like to use a 128GB SSD I have laying around to set it up as an L2 for this drive to help speed access up to the gams/apps stored on this slower HDD. Would this work?

Yes it will work. I also use a WD 4 TB for my VMs and L2-cache this drive to an SSD. PrimoCache works both with GPT and MBR disks.

Thanks for the reply. Bought my license and activated it last night. For the test run I put a samsung 830 in front of a WD 640GB HDD and used 4GB for a ramcache. Works quite nicely. Tigerdirect had a great deal on red drives yesterday via Ebay so I purchased a 4TB WD red drive which will replace both my 640 and 2TB seagate drive.
One thing I would like to see is an option to manually specify files to be kept in the level 2 cache.
