Temp disable RAMDisk?

I need to do some memory tests that means I am going to remove half my memory which causes my system to lock up because of the RAMDisk. Is there a way for me to disable it while I am testing than re-enable it without losing my configuration/settings?

Current version cannot support this feature. Alternatively, you may export the ramdisk settings and later you can re-create the ramdisk with this setting file. You can also do these steps with command line interface.
