Failed to Start the program

Hello.

I'm using the primo pro 5.1.0 version.

It was working well until my system failed to back from the hibernation.

Last night I turned my computer to hibernation mode then revive after 30mins so it doesn't comeback as normal.

then I restart the computer again and found ramdisk is gone.

Everytime I try to start the program, it shows the "Failed to initialize the controller module! If you haven't restarted the computer since installation, you may need to restart the computer"

of course I did everything I can, reinstall, windows restore, fix the registry, disk check as well.

but I couldn't make it... It still show the exclamation mark at device manager and not working.

What can I try more?

I'm using the primo pro 5.1.0 version.
You have an old version of Primo Pro.

Please try = [2012-02-04] Primo Ramdisk 5.3.0

Hi jspkn,

If you uses the trial version, please make sure that your trial period has not expired yet.
And ss sst said, please try our latest version 5.3.0. The hibernation bug you mentioned shall have been fixed.

Suddenly, when I start my laptop today I get the same error and I'm using Primo RamDisk 5.50, the latest version. I tried uninstalling and installing the program and it doesn't work. What do I need to do now?

Please help. Thanks.

guys, i have exactly the same problem since today...
uninstall/install not help.. upgrade not help.. uninstall+delete/install manually driver as legacy hardware no result too..

primo ramdisk controller: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

provide working solution ASAP! tnx

Hi all,

If you uses the trial version, please make sure that your trial period has not expired yet and you didn't change the system time.

You may also check the Windows event viewer to see if there are any events logged by "FancyRd".

If you are a registered user, you may try the following steps,
1) Uninstall the program,
2) Restart your computer,
3) Install the program and activate it (input the user name and activation code),
4) Restart your computer again.
