BitLocker shouldn't cause any issue with PrimoCache (though I've not tried it) but PrimoCache (and any caching in general) does increase the risk of data loss, though only slightly in a properly setup system (i.e. one that doesn't crash when you touch a key).
If your data is valuable (which most peoples' is) then make sure you are backing it up regularly first - then check out file versioning software, which automatically makes copies when monitored files are changed and keeps multiple versions of each -
Aphar Backup is what I use (Dutch webpage but program works in English) but there are other options. With these in place, data corruption should only pose a momentary inconvenience rather than a life-altering event.
