Windows 10 issue

I've used Primcache fine on Windows 8.1, but Windows 10 has a serious issue.

When a cache is enabled, Windows 10 apps downloaded from the app store do not launch.
I tried searching around the web for solutions but found nothing.

The issue is repeatable. Apps work fine, turn on cache, apps stops working, delete cache and restart PC, apps works again.

I just downloaded, installed and launched a couple of apps and it works fine for me. Must be something with your windows 10 or cache installation. Try reinstalling PrimoCache.

No idea why it does this. I already went as far as to do a fresh install of Windows 10, still broken. In fact, I initially thought it was my fault and tried reinstalling Windows 10. But when the issue came back after I put my cache back on I knew something was obviously up. And what do you know, the apps work again after deleting and restarting.

The only apps I've tried are 123 Photo Viewer and VLC.

The only programs I run in the background are related to;
MSI Afterburner
Steam
Private Internet Access
Rainmeter
Geforce Drivers
Razer Software
Logitech Software
Realtek Software
