I am sorry to bother you so much about this, but my write caching policy is disabled. I also try to enable it then perform the same test, but it still give the same numbers.

Well, this disables write-caching, but Windows still has read caching working.

I'm sorry that I made the wrong reply regarding the performance difference between libraries and native folders. It seems that the performance difference is caused by Windows. Windows might spend too much time on calculating the target folders when copy/delete on libraries.
