Level-2 not showing for Cache Task

I am attempting to set up an external SSD. I have completed the first stage in creating it as Level-2 storage but when I try to create a new Cache Task, the volume does not appear in the list.

This level-2 storage volume shall be listed in the "L2 Storage" combo box in the Cache Configuration page while you creating a cache task. See

Also you shall see it when you click the "Manage Level-2 Storage" button.
