Transfering Primo Licensing from one computer to another.

I bought Primo Ramdisk Professional last year which was licensed for three computers. Previously, I'd only using two of the three licenses on one XP machine and a Win 7 Pro. Since then, I now have retired the XP machine and acquired two new Win 7 Pro machines and would like to install the Ramdisk on all three machines. How do I deactivate the Win XP machine's license and transfer it to the Win 7 Pro?

Also, is are there any updates scheduled for the Primo Ramdisk in the next year or so? I searched the forum, and somebody posted this same question in 2013. The response was they would release an update, but never stated when that time was. Is there any work being done for another version upgrade? If so, when can we expect a release? Weeks? Months?

You may email to [email protected] with the information of transaction such as transaction id or buyer email address, or activation code. They will update your license. I already checked your current email address, however it seems that it's not the email address that you used to buy the license as I cannot find any transactions. PS, for quick response, you may always email to us instead of posting at the forum.

We really sorry that there have been no updates for a long long time. We're quite busy on new projects and other tasks. Anyway, a new version has been planned in Q1 2015.

I'll send the information via the email listed below. The only question I have then is do I remove the software off of the old machine? (It's sitting in my office as a post-modern art dust collector) and do so on-line?
