Can't think of any reason why you would need to pause PrimoCache, unless you had write-defer enabled with a very long timeout (several minutes or more, which would create its own problems). If anything, performance should be better with the cache enabled, but downloads are more likely to be restricted by Internet bandwidth.

I thought the downloading files will write into primocache which these files will occupy the other software's space. Thanks a lot!
