I like me know a if I can explain how to know what is the best configuration for a computer where I have installed Primocache Thanks

Read the help file. In addition to step-by-step instructions there are several "use cases" (examples) to help you get started.

Hello I am testing SuperRam software and after some minutes, the computer freeze... I restart and show a blue screen

Then I have to format my coputer (a Samsung Notebook)

Forget SuperRam (and any other software making similar claims). At best, it can only duplicate Windows' own memory management (which frees up memory on demand anyway) - at worst, it may cause conflicts with other software.

The only "memory management" software that *may* be useful is CleanMem which signals applications to free up memory on their standby lists (lowering their memory usage).
