Help please.

Hello, I must say that I am noob for this PrimoCache and I did something wrong using this program, I dont know what but my local disc: D partition is lost. I did try sistem restore but no help :roll: . what should I do? reinstall windows or is there some other solution :?:

If you can still can see the disk letter in windows explorer you should try running chkdsk d: /R (right click, properties, tools, check for errors, search for defect sectors).

If not you should try initialising the disk in windows-disk-management.

Tip: Never force windows shut down the computer while using fancycache... always wait until it auto-shuts-down.

Did you format partition D: to be a level-2 storage? If yes, it will be quite difficult to restore this partition. The sector#0 of this partition is rewritten. If you haven't written data to this partition, you may try to rebuild this sector for the original file system...

If just the partition got lost you could try this freeware. Looks complicated at first glance but is not. Helped me many times already.
