FancyCache 0.70 and Level 2 Cache Use

Post by tester1 »

I have configure FancyCanche as follows in a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1 OS.

Please attached image named FC_1.JPG

I then restarted some application several times and also ran CrystalDisk benchmark, but I don't see the Level 2 Cache been used.
Also the performance got worst instead of better vs non FancyCache.
Please see the performance monitor image, FC2.JPG

The E: Drive is a fast USB 3.0 flash drive.

Thanks for your help.

Could you check the Windoes Event Log? When the program failed to start L2 cache, it will log the event with more details.

Thanks.

It says the disk is full.

If you see file volume fcdcachexxxx.sys in your drive e:, you may delete it and then try again.

Thanks.
