file transfers to slow

hello im using primocache 3.0.1 i know an older version but its what works for me plus it also works on my xp machine that i use for storage backups. anyhow i have my cache drive SSD setup but file transfers are way to slow did i miss a setting? i have a 1tb nvme ssd as my cache drive and a 4tb platter drive for my file storage

Which disk are you copying from to which disk? Could you upload your cache configuration as guided in the following link?
