Suggestion: battery Option

Suggestion for the laptop users:
Button to set/unset disable write cache when on battery... When set the cache should flush immediately when laptop goes on battery and disable write cache. When power restored, re-enable cache. (User settable option). When unset, all operates normally regardless of power state.
