PrimoCache 3.2.0 Registration Window Always in Windows 10 Selection

In Windows 10 1909 running Primo Cache 3.2.0 this window is always a selection after I half screen a program. While it isn't impacting anything from working it is annoying to always see it sitting here.

Opening the PrimoCache window and closing it makes it go away.
