This may be a known situation for Primocache, but I wanted to post it here regardless.
In a recent attempt to extend the C: volume on a SSD with a second small volume, I noticed that the drive size reported in Explorer after extending C: was incorrect. I attempted to use DISKPART to extend the filesystem manually, which produced an error. The final resolution was stopping and removing the Primocache L1 cache on C:, then using DISKPART to extend the filesystem, then re-creating the L1 cache again.
It would be nice if Primocache responded to DISKPART volume changes, though it's only a minor inconvenience to have to re-create the cache, not a large one.
Can't extend volume filesystem with Primocache active
Re: Can't extend volume filesystem with Primocache active
Thank you for the feedback.
The change requests of volume cache size are rejected by PrimoCache because so far PrimoCache cannot be dynamically adapted for volume size change.
We may improve this in future.

Ah, understood. It's manageable and not a big thing, but at least you know what causes it. Cheers.
