Removing the usb pen causes the cache reset

Post by ciakko »

Hi,
there is a tedious problem, I do not know if it's a bug. In practice, if I remove the usb pen, I am using as a cache, L2 is resets and returns completely usable.

This is by design. If you remove the L2 device from running Windows, PrimoCache will mark its cache content "outdated" when you plug it back. One reason is that source data might be changed during this period. Another reason is that if L2 device is not safely removed, PrimoCache may not correctly update cache database stored in it.
