Re: windows11 insider update restart bluescreen
We're sorry, but we haven't reproduced the issue you reported. Recently, we have released v4.4.0 which fixed a possible BSOD issue related to L2 cache. I'm not sure this version helps, but if it's convenient for you, you may give it a try. Thank you.

There seems to be a problem on imgur.com and we can't see your image. Can you upload the image to the forum and then change the image link, or use another image hosting site? Thanks.

Re: Data Security and Hybrid-Solution
Thank you for your suggestions! The problem is that PrimoCache is a block-level cache program, at the disk sector level. It caches disk sectors and does not know any file information. Therefore, all file-related features are not easy to implement. In the future we may combine with file-level cache s...

Re: Is possible to read directly from the write cache?
If you have set the write cache space (shared Read/write cache space or individual write cache space), write-data will be cached in the write cache and if there are future read requests on these write-data, PrimoCache will directly read from the write cache. For more information, please see https://...

Re: PrimoCache does not show up in system tray
Is the option "Minimize to the system tray when closed" in the Options dialog checked? And what is your Windows OS version?

Re: Automated junction points
I'm sorry for the late reply due to public holidays and annual leave. Is there an option to automate the creation of junction points when loading an image (sadly the trail version does not allow me to save an image, only a disk desciptor file) and, important for me, delete the junction points when d...

Re: windows11 insider update restart bluescreen
What appears to be happening is Windows is doing some updates on the normal storage and during those updates, the L2 cache is not updated. This is probably because the Windows setup is not loading third-party drivers like PrimoCache (booting into a WinPE environment to install the base system updat...

Re: Windows 11 24H2 Incompatibility ?
I'm sorry for the late reply due to public holidays and annual leave. Windows file caching is always enabled. And it handles read/write requests at the file system level before sending the requests to the disk level where PrimoCache resides. Therefore, if a file is cached in Windows, read requests fo...
