The cache configuration seems no problem. Are the Vivaldi browser and Total Uninstall profiles stored in the C drive? No other files related to Vivaldi browser and Total Uninstall are stored in other drives?

As far as I know, Primo Ramdisk has always been designed not to load any functions in Safe Mode. This is to ensure that Safe Mode still can run even when ramdisks have problems.

If your cache space is not large enough to store all incoming write-data, "urgent write" will occur, forcing a certain amount of write-data to be written to disk. And you have also enabled "skip flush on shutdown", which will cause the other part of the write-data not to be writt...

Since no games are on the OS drive, if you only cache the OS drive with L2, the hit rate usually will be 85% or more.
