The mainboard is an Gigabyte 970A-UDP3 with an onboard 6G sata controller, driver is the microsoft standard ahci driver (Windows10 x64).
Additonal is installed an pcie marvell 92xx sata 6G controller, driver 1.2.0.1248, I am pretty sure this one also use ahci.
Both ssd connect now with the onboard controller and the harddisk is connected with the marvell.
With the as ssd benchmark, both ssd showed good results on both controller. That's why I don't thought it was a controller problem before.
Something seem's to go wrong when I connected harddisk and cache ssd on the marvell together.

SanDisk Ultra II 480GB (X41100RL)

We're not sure if this is a general rule or just specific on certain hardware. But at least this gives us a new aspect to think about the L2 gathering speed.
