Problem Description: Blue Screen of death relating to insider release build 22610. boot to the final reboot and at 60% completion, laptop reboot and give the BOSD afterward. Maybe compatible issue. Hope this resolve before the final release.

not able get config or mini dump since it bootloop. I have both read and write cache enable for drive C:\
