"OS freeze" mean the whole os freezed.
It could NOT be terminated.

So,
I just restore the system.
And I try other RamDrive.

When I make an file it has size zero.
After reboot, This RamDrive will disappear from System.

VSuite.Ramdisk.Srv.Setup.3.3.7715.2131
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
