I'm trying them both out. I noticed that Primocache didn't allow Ramdisks to be selected to cache. I'm not sure how it chooses - perhaps it does a quick speed test and any disk that's "too fast" is rejected? It recognizes Ramdisks from softperfect and Dimmdrive, so it's not just communicat...
