=> quietHDD Start Ok. Hard Disk will not C1 High.

=> quietHDD fail and Hard Disk C1 High... Primo Ramdisk Pro Bug ??

Yes, this mode is renamed to "Delay Load" in Primo Ramdisk. However so far this mode is not enabled yet. We're still making the improvements on this mode.
