Level II cache Invisible Memory settings

Just got a new SSD, not the fastest, its a Apple branded Toshiba 512GB drive.
Fancycache can certainly help performance, but, it seems irratic and the results are not always repeatable.
I use a deferred write time of 60 seconds, Averaging Write Amount and Release After Write are ticked.
I have found using Invisible Memory, which is wasted quite often on a 32bit Windows install, and setting up a Level 2 cache to use it all helps a lot, but which algorithm is best, i think MBU is best from tests i have done, does anybody know?
