Suggestion: Performance Statistic

- when Performance Statistics window it is minimized, display the Read Hit Rate Percentage in the title bar;
- option to minimize window to tray and same thing: display Read hit Rate percentage in the tray icon with a refresh rate equal to... 10 seconds.
