Hi,
You can find the Product ID in the registration dialog.
1. Click "Register" button in the "Options" tab,
2. Click "Register by an Existing Key File" option,
3. In the "With Product ID" option, the Product ID is shown,
4. then you can click "Copy" button to copy the Product ID to the clipboard, and send it to us,
5. After you get the KEY file, then you can register the program by the "With Product ID" method. (Don't select "With User ID" option.
