Ramdisk freezes computer on suspend

I have XP SP3, 4 GB of RAM. My computer freezes when I wake up the computer from suspend or hibernate OR when I set the power setting to stop the hard drive after 1 hour. I purchased the standard version of the program in order to reserve the first 512MB, but the problem is still there. I have followed every recommended setting and need only a small ram disk (350 MB) to speed up a few select programs, not for temp files. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

So the OS invisible memory feature is enabled, right?
Did you enable "Support IM Hibernation" option (require restart)?

"So the OS invisible memory feature is enabled? Did you enable "Support IM Hibernation" option (require restart)?" -- Yes to both. However, I now believe that the problem does not lie with your product but rather with an external hard drive that does not spin up after suspend. I have a ram disk up and running with no problem so far and will get back to you if the problem reappears. Thanks.
