not load kernel

I installed laptop a clean bios without serial number and uuid and primo ramdisk not work, error not load kernel. For primo ramdisk need uuid and serilal number laptop motherboard?
Is there any events from Primo Ramdisk in the Windows Events Viewer. Please see
