Trial button not working?

I just downloaded PrimoCache to try out and after installing, rebooted and opened the GUI - I clicked "Get Trial" but just get a messages saying "Failed to get related information for activation!"

does this software work?

We are aware of this issue on some computers and have already fixed it in the next release. Regarding your current issue, we have also sent a trial license, please check your email.
