Right now, I have all of the possible programs that I could have open at one time, when gaming in Windows 11 (iRacing) and the system is currently using up 29GB of ram. Should my L1 be set to use all the remaining ram so 64-29GB = L1 of 35GB?

Or should I leave a bit more room spare and only use say 32-34GB for L1?
Can I use more, say 40GB and then use a pagefile on my Optane 905p (c/d drives?)

Leave some space for Windows, around 4-8 GB, otherwise the slower page file will be described for further RAM requirements.
Except the Optane has better latency than the RAM.
But it's good to move the page file to a fast disk.
