...error in my Event Log. A screenshot of the error it gives me is attached. It might also be happening in XP.

We haven't started testing on Windows 7 yet. Acutally our current setup programs are not allowed to run in vista or windows 7...
currently there is no similar problem reported in xp or 2003...

Well, they can run if you use the XP SP3 compatibility mode.
