Upgrade from 4.2.0 to 4.3.0

Will I lose my existing cache if I chose to upgrade? I spent a fair amount of time tinkering my cache config and now I locked on to a good sent of cache content. I don't want to go throught that process again.

If you don't uninstall the old version, everything will be kept after you install the new version over the old one.
