On the https://www.romexsoftware.com/en-us/pri ... grade.html page, the Upgrade Now links go to a 403 Forbidden page @ https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?c ... NJX5EZSJZS

We checked it but didn't see any problems. Could you try it again or check the browser/Internet settings?
