Hi,

I have PrimoCache installed on my system.
the program makes NVME drives not compatible with Direct Storage.

in xbox game bar for direct X it says "bypassIO not supported due to driver: FancyCcV.sys.
FancyCcV.sys is part of primocache.

this is effecting drives i dont even have primo cache applied to. (my NVME drives)

this needs to be fixed right away or refunds should be issues.

ideas:
1) only have FancyCcV.sys only apply to drives with primoache cache setup.
2) make it not block support for direct storage

with Direct Storage games coming out now it is CRITICAL your team fixes this ASAP.
if i use PrimoCache on my HDD --> SATA SSD, it should NOT effect my NVME drives or direct storage.

any update on this? No new release since late 2021.

We are very sorry that the development progress has been greatly delayed due to some unpredictable reasons. We will address this issue in Q1 this year.

This issue has been fixed in version 4.3.0.
