Problem Description:

Hi: My notebook model is Asus ExpertBook B3000DQ1A running Windows 11 Pro. I got an error message as attached.

Do you use the latest official version? Have you restarted the computer after you install it?

PrimoCache has a problem running in my newly bought Asus ExpertBook B3000DQ1A notebook as shown in my previous bug report. In addition, I tried to uninstall PrimoCache. However, I got the attached error message.

BTW, Asus ExpertBook B3000DQ1A uses an ARM processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB eMMC disk.

Thank you for the information. PrimoCache requires x86/x64 compatible CPUs. Please see "Minimum Hardware Requirements" in the following page.

PrimoCache installer program is supposed to check the Windows CPU type. We will check this again.

The uninstall error might be related to the PrimoCache kernel driver which doesn't support ARM. We have sent you an email on how to manually remove PrimoCache for this case. Please check.
