If I have SSD set to write cache an HDD and power is lost before that data can be written to the HDD, is the data lost?

Let's say I have ZERO RAM write cache. If I have SSD write cache with a long defer write, and power is lost before that data can be written from the SSD to the HDD, is that data lost?

Let's assume that the data was finished being written to the SSD.

Currently, the risk of data loss is same whether you use L1 or L2 cache only. Please see the "Risk and Advice" section in the following page.
