How does Hybrid RAMdisk compare to Write cached Primo Cache

I am a Primo cache user.

When I look at the BOL for Primo RamDisk, I see an option called Hybrid RAMDisk, where the backing file can be bigger than the available RAM.
How does this compare to a Primo Cached disk with only L1 (RAM) readcache and 300 Sec delayed Write chache?

Hybrid Ramdisk uses two parts to store the data, first part is the RAM and the second part is the disk (via the file). When the ram part is full of data, the next incoming data will be stored to the disk part. It doesn't work like PrimoCache Defer Write which can schedule cache and always use RAM to store incoming write-data first. Defer-Write is much much better than Hybrid ramdisks if you want to improve the drive write performance.
