Questions about reducing SSD wear using this

Hello I have a few questions about reducing the SSD wear using primocache (L1 cache)
Will my whole drive get corrupted if my PC didn't shutdown cleanly? or will it just be a small part of it? (that can just be fixed using CHKDSK)
Does block size matter?
And which mode do I use for Defer-Write? and what is the recommended latency?
