C: and D: Shared Cache?

I want to use PrimoCache to improve my system but I'm not sure how to configure the caches for different volumes.
My C: volume is just for Windows and programs and my D: volume is for storage, Steam games, video files, etc.
I also have a PCI Express 4.0 NVMe SSD that is now used by the
AMD StoreMI software as a cache for my 8TB HDD but I want to stop using
AMD StoreMI now I have PrimoCache.
Maybe someone with more experience with the software can help me with this basic setup.
My setup consists of:
- SSD, NVMe, PCI Express 3.0 x4, 250GB
- HDD, SATA-600, 8TB
- D:\ Steam Games, Videos and Music
- SSD, NVMe, PCI Express 4.0 x4, 1TB
Unused! L2 Cache maybe?
And a portion of my system 32GB memory for L1 cache.

You may use L1 to speed up C drive. The spare SSD can used as L2 to cache the HDD, with or without L1.

Alright, thanks for the suggestion!
So, two separate 'cache tasks' for the different volumes if I understand you correctly, right?

Yes, I think two cache tasks would be better for your case.

Thanks!
I actually changed my system setup a bit:
I migrated my OS to the faster SSD, NVMe, PCI Express 4.0 x4, 1TB and removed the SSD, NVMe, PCI Express 3.0 x4, 250GB
I created an L2 cache partition on de SSD, NVMe, PCI Express 4.0 x4, 1TB for the HDD, SATA-600, 8TB
How does this look?:

Because the capacity of the drive C is very small to the drive D, if you create a separate cache task for it, you can set up 4KB block size which might be better for C:. And its cache content won't be affected by accessing on drive D. When using one cache task for both drives, accessing a large file in one drive might flush out the cached data of the other drive when cache space is full.

Hey, Thanks again for the suggestions. I really appreciate the support on this forum.
Perhaps one of the best aspects of PrimoCache is how customizable it is, but it can also make it a bit difficult to get the ideal settings for a specific system.
I made separate tasks for both volumes with C: a block size of 4KB and D: 128KB. D: now only has access to L2 cache and C: still only L1, but would it be smart to give D: also L1 cache? D: is used for game storage and large files.

Yes, I think 4~6GB for the drive C is enough in your case and you may assign the remaining part of this 12GB ram to the drive D.

Great! This was very helpful.

I really appreciate the help!
I am going to use the suggested settings.
