Windows 11: L2 cache keeps resetting

Memory: Corsair 32GB DDR4 3000MHz

Problem Description: Lately I've been monitoring the operation of PrimoCache since I've noticed the app acting a bit unexpected, and sure enough, the L2 cache keeps getting reset even though the explicit option to have the cache be volatile is not active.
