Is there any way of getting Windows 11 with secureboot and primocache to work together?

You mean "Core Isolation - Memory integrity" or secureboot? I think Windows 11 secureboot is supported in current versions. "Core Isolation" will be supported in the next version.

A new version will come out soon and it will support core isolation.
