This shows a "Cached Read" of 50% and an "L2Storage Read" of 33%. Does that mean my Total is like 88%? or is the 33% in the 50%.

"Cached read" refers to the overall amount (L1+L2) while the L2 storage read is the amount from L2 cache only. So in your case, almost 50% of the data read came from either L1 or L2 and 33% came from L2.
