Two GUI suggestions....

1. An "always on top" option would be great for when you are doing testing and moving around Windows. It is a pain to always have to find the GUI under other windows and select to bring it back on top.
2. There would be one keyboard shortcut to have that would be really nice and that would be a CTRL-F to Flush deferred write data (without confirmation dialog) on the selected drive. I like to use 15 seconds deferred write and sometimes I stress when there are a lot of blocks deferred. I know you can do it with right-click but this would be a circumstance where it would be really convenient to have a keyboard shortcut to flush. That is the only keyboard shortcut that is needed.
