PayPal payment problem

Hello,
I want to use SSD cache for my system and after a lot of reading, I've realized that Primocache would be the best solution for me. I wanted to buy a 1-PC license right away but unfortunately, the only payment method is via PayPal. It is unfortunate because my country, which is Turkey, due to some tax-disagreement, does not allow any Turkish bank account (and credit cards) to work with PayPal. In summary, I cannot use PayPal even if I want to do so.
I wonder if there is any alternative payment ways? PayPal is really out of my reach (me and 82 million Turks cannot use PayPal).
