That's all.
I bought PrimoCache but no volume is shown when click "New Cache" button. What can I do?

This is rather strange. Normally PrimoCache in the "Select Volumes" dialog shows a long list of available volumes including those that are without an assigned letter or even are hidden. Do you have an uncommon disk drive? You could verify as well if you execute PrimoCache in the Administrator mode.

Did you run the PrimoCache with administrative privileges?
If yes, please follow steps below to run PrimoCache into the debug mode.
step 1: Create a shortcut to PrimoCache executable file
step 2: Modify the shortcut Target by appending "-d" option. For eg.
"C:\Program Files\PrimoCache\FancyCcV.exe" -d
step 3: Double click the created shortcut to run PrimoCache program. Now the program is running in the debug mode.
step 4: Click "New Cache Task" to show the disk page where your problem exists. And then close this application. You shall see a text file named "PrimoCcApp.log" in the folder where this executable file is located, for eg: C:\Program Files\PrimoCache\PrimoCcApp.log
step 5: Send this log file to us.
