"L2Storage Write" indicates how many bytes have been written to the L2 cache since Windows boot. It's normal that "L2Storage Read" is larger than write because L2 cache is persistent across computer restarts and data might be cached in previous Windows sessions.

You may set L2 cache to 100% read to reduce write wear on the L2 SSD.

"Start at Windows Boot" will slow down the bootup.
